The Dallas Stars open a preseason home-and-home set with the Minnesota Wild this week. First, on Tuesday, Glen Gulutzan’s squad hosts John Hynes’ club at American Airlines Center. Game time is 7:00 p.m. CDT. The game will be broadcast on Victory+. The venue shifts to St. Paul on Thursday.
The Stars skated to a 2-1 (1-0) home shootout win over the St. Louis Blues on Saturday night. Mavrik Bourque scored in regulation. Sam Steel netted the lone shootout tally for either team.
The Stars will host their fifth annual Hispanic Heritage celebration in PNC Plaza prior to the game. The event runs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. CDT. The 2025-26 season marks the fifth year in a row the Stars have celebrated Hispanic cultural event at American Airlines Center. The Hispanic Heritage celebration is open to the public — no game tickets required. It includes food from Tacos La Gloria, music by DJ Avenger and activations from The Concilio, Pasos for Oak Cliff, Dummy Fresh and Write Handed.
