  We’ll see how Tocchet works out. Don’t love or hate it. I guess his job will be to rebuild credibility for the organization

  I didn’t see Tocc as the perfect fit. But it is what it is. Most players like playing for him.

    I’m not sure. I know a lot of folks will hit the roof if Mark Recchi comes in as an assistant coach in charge of forwards/PP. But Recchs has been around a fair amount this past season. And while he isn’t wild about another AC coaching tenure after some previous experiences were dissatisfying, Philly is one place he’d like to coach. But if he’s the hire…. well, it’d be a you-know-what storm on social.

    DKO, he’s been around at various games this year. Chief was last year , though, so no idea if it means anything.

  tocchet has been a had coach of 4 incompetent organizations. wonder why no winning or top orginization has ever hired him.
  
  going to go out on a limb, flyers offered the most money. Briere has proven so far to be incompetent.

  Dreger believes Luke Richardson will be on the staff. I would assume that means Shaw will not be running the defense. I am absolutely fine with a HC getting to name his own staff. With what Tocchet is being paid, kind of figured he would have free reign to appoint his staff.

  How exciting, we just replaced Torts with a version of Torts minus the narcissistic behavior.
  
  Hopefully the Flyers will realize it’s the 21st century before the 22nd begins
