      Thanks for the recap Frenchy.

Looks like Bedard will definitely cash in on his ELC “A” bonuses and in the running for some of the “B”‘s. Not only is he putting up points but he makes the players surrounding him (Greene, Burakovsky, Bertuzzi etc) better.

Hopefully Dickinson stays healthy and continues to play a strong defensive game. Assuming th he Hawks are out of contention, he might be a decent trade chip for a playoff team wanting some 3C and PK help.

I read where Hart may get the start for the Knights Tuesday. He should be rusty so maybe the Hawks will have another good offensive game. Then 2 games against the defensive minded Kings.

A comeback win 3 goals down in the 1st is always huge but to do it to end a rough 5 game skid is a helluva building block and confidence builder. Team seems bought in and accepting the coaching as a group…… And indeed, this is the Bedard we all thought we were getting. The kid had that look in the preseason with an aggressive bend to his knees, playing low and hungry.

Too bad they couldn’t build on that effort with a couple more home games but start a rough west coast trip instead.
