This draft doesn’t have anybody that will turn this team around hard enough or fast enough before Matthews is a UFA. It will just be another prospect expected to do too much, too soon. They’re better off giving the pick to Boston and acknowledging this team needs to be blown apart and aiming to tank and rebuild for 2028-2030.
