Three keys to victory
- Between the pipes: Skinner has been pulled in each of the last two games. Pickard has played very well but has been inconsistent in his overall career. Sergei Bobrovsky has looked mortal in three of the four games in the series.
- Wear-down effect: There have already been a lot of minutes played through four games. Will there a be a fatigue factor with at least two more games guaranteed?
- Discipline and special teams: This is an evergreen factor given the special teams stats for the playoffs and the series. The Oilers have scored a power play goal in each game. However, so have the Panthers. Florida also scored the all-important shorthanded goal by Marchand.
