I would Fire Tre/Burube at the end of the Season, let a New GM try and do an on the fly retool for 26-27, see how it goes. There is not point tanking next season.
If its another tire fire, then look at trading Auston at the TDL or off season and go full scorched. AM will still have 1 full season left with his new team
