John Tavares has 20G to go with 71pts. Not too shabby for an old washed up garbage player playing on a ‘pretender’ garbage team.
Edit: Never mind. Those are the numbers for a different FAR MORE expensive player on a solid team way better than the Leafs. A real contender!
JT: 27G 63pts – only 8pts less but 7 more goals. Oh man that must sting a certain posters labia.
Must hurt your labia that Tavares is -25 and led this team to a lottery position for most of the season.
But those “cap savings” worked wonders at making the team go from 1st in the division to almost dead last.
