There is zero doubt this is exactly what the wonder twins will do. They take the road od least resistance. It will be for 5 years – 5.5-6 million per.
God forbid they wait as to me there is zero rush. They jumped the gun with Dvorak so expect the same. See how the rest of the year plays out then first half of next year.
Wonder what a Dvorak and vladar package would have looked like return wise. From Edmonton especially. both are core players for the flyers though…

What if Vladar finishes the season closer to his career average the last few months? And it turns out one month, October, was the outlier? Do you want to be stuck with that for 5 years because your other options at the time of signing were worse?
There is no rush, take your time, make sure you have the right guy.
