Great win ,did not get to see the game but followed along on line .Love them there HAWKS . Donato who a thunk it . Spencer Knight what a great trade ,who was that for again . Thanks for the summery Coach great job .
Last night late in the third, tied, (maybe 4 minute mark?), Arty #55 in his desire and wanttoness to have a piece a part in a win and no tie.
Big Cernak was outside the hawk blueline moving toward the right point, and fleet 55 got in close and surprised Cernak with quick move inside to his body and placed him on his can.
It didn’t change momentum, or even any effect the game, but it displayed his strength speed and heart.
and I am the guy who thought Arty wasn’t going to fit getting on the job training w/o being woefully mistake ridden.Knight was fantastic last night the win was between him and Kucherov. 2 great saves on Kucherov but the play that boggles my mind is when Knight in a blink of an eye ducked under the back hand flip of Kucherovs????
That play was amazing to me, too be a goalie and to have the awareness in that moment to understand that puck has a better chance of going in if i try to make a play on it.
AMAZING
I don’t expect this team to make the playoffs but it’s nice to be in these games now. Win way more 50 50 pucks, seeing forwards playing 200 feet of hockey.
2nd line that can score or is a threat to score. I know he’s young but a kid who’s playing like a top 5 goalie. Young blue line playing well together.This has been a great 8 games.
