    We would not want the chicken to be riddled with Campylobacter, Salmonella, and/or Clostridium

    Keep it in there til 100% sure it is fine.

    Also, baste every 15 to 30 minutes.

    Preventative.

    It is cold outside.

    i’m okay with keeping the chicken warm.

    but not like 375 degrees for 40 minutes or anything like that.
