Screw the Blue Jays – Habs are n a roll!
but they’ve won me 3 dollars so far!
actually more because i also put 5 whole dollars (big spender!) on a bet for neither team to score in the first inning last night and that turned into.. i think it was $9.43!
plus they wore the powder blue (which i am now calling power blue).

Slaf is doing a lot more things this year that may not show on the score sheet, including shooting more and using his size a lot more effectively.
what’s encouraging is that he usually has a slower start to the season, whereas this year he seemed ready from the get-go, so I think it’s safe to say he’ll have his best year so far as a hab and will continue to get better.
the Slaf-Suzuki-Caufield line is slowly establishing itself as one of the best in the league. they’re just so fun to watch…
