I have a rookie Crosby from a McDonald’s set (it has some value) and cards from rimouski and shattucks. I inherited a lot of good cards including a gretz rookie.
But $18K, fucking sweet

Almost nothing made now will have value. Even, a McDavid rookie still won’t have much value until he breaks a major record or retires.

Like the guy was from Czech Republic, stopping in MTL on a layover from NY. It was sketchy I must admit.
But in the end super nice guy, he collecting anything and everything from Sid, so this being a 1 of 1, he really wanted it

The other funny thing is : his wife thru a fit right before covid when he refused like 5000$ for the card, 18k 5 years later was pretty sweet
