I usually do it when it seems to be over, do my driveway / walkway and elderly neighbours I have adopted as my grandparents.
i cleaned it off and shoveled around it. i think i might have lucked out because it’s supposed to be mostly sleet from here until tomorrow morning. it’s not really piling back up where i shoveled, it’s just kind of a light coating of slush down in there.

do you guys dig your cars out and shovel all at one at the end of a snowstorm, or go out and do it a few times during the storm?we’re out of practice in nj due to global warming or a weather machine or something.
