Participantthis all depends on what the asking price is for a playoff run with Bobrovski. the habs aren’t really at the point yet of trading good roster players or rookies for a pure rental, but I guess you also have to consider that besides Tampa Bay the East is fairly open… gonna be interesting to see what Hughes does.
agreed, even with a goalie they’re not ready to compete for the cup. but that could be the difference between going out early like last season and winning a few rounds. like you say, depends on the price.

Participantnever thought I’d say this but a goalie is probably their #1 priority.
depends if they want to go deep or not.
if the plan is still to be competittive in a year or 2… they can go with the current tandem no problem, but they won’t go far lolthis all depends on what the asking price is for a playoff run with Bobrovski. the habs aren’t really at the point yet of trading good roster players or rookies for a pure rental, but I guess you also have to consider that besides Tampa Bay the East is fairly open… gonna be interesting to see what Hughes does.

I think for FLA the plan would be to lend him to another team for a playoff run, and then re-sign him in the offseason, not sure it’s worth it for the habs…

Participantestie que c’est laid revenir de 2-5 en 3e, pour perdre sur une punition pour trop d’homme sur la glace
