Nice read Frenchy, great game by the Blackhawks to even overcome the zebras.

So how great Knight is playing when do the SOG start going down because teams start to make the extra pass against him? It’s so nice when we crash the net Knight has been outstanding on every breakaway shot against him. That’s been huge for this point streak. I thought the five hole would be an issue after the Peg game and fortunately he only had a bad night.

Many of us here and and at the other site have hoped and/or postulated for a Sharp like trade that would bring a key player to the team to complement the rest of the roster. Perhaps the Knight trade was this decade’s Sharp trade. Granted, different positions of course, and a nobody was traded away for Sharp versus a name like Seth Jones. But considering Jones wanted out and was going through the motions here half the time AND the Hawks got a 1st round pick in the deal that may turn out pretty good, it was a great trade.
