The Chicago Blackhawks took another heavy loss Friday night, falling 6-1 to the New York Rangers in another blowout defeat.

I think scoring the quick 4 goals vs the Isle misled this team that they can play fast and loose, horrible turnovers ended the Flyers night early didn’t watch the Rangers game.

I think Blashill has to real them back in and go back to basics.

Lardis has been a pleasant surprise and not because he’s scoring but he’s willing to be physical and is a stronger little guy. His hits leave a mark and he’s suprisingly strong on his stick, the goal he scored vs the Isle the defender had his stick on his stick and he was strong enough to make the pass which ended up in the back of the net.

Boisvert doesn’t look out of place either, it’ll be interesting to see how he develops.

Also when Boisvert got his penalty for hooking vs the Flyers it’s really interesting how whoever was interfering with him didn’t get an interference call it was blatant and this is what i talk about the league and rookies paying their dues instead of just calling a proper game.

But hey it gets us that much closer to a top pick for now
