…this place would take over for HB but it doesn’t seem to be trending that way. While HB had its hiccups, and technical difficulties, it was a much breezier experience for posting and commenting…and of course we lost so many that didn’t make it over here. So, just not as much traffic and comments to be interacting with.
Hope y’all are doing well and have a great Thanksgiving, as most of you are Yankees. I drank red wine, and tequila, during our Canadian Thanksgiving in October like an idiot and blacked out for the first time in over two decades. It wasn’t pretty.

It’s a shame the buzz crew didn’t really make it here. Only a handful. Ek really burned that place to the ground. I’m still popping in from time to time, but they need to consolidate the forum/comment section with the main page. Anyway, there’s been some reporting in Pittsburgh that McG looks like a different player this year. His skating is stronger. Also, he won’t be spending much time in the AHL. They intend to bring him up pretty quickly. Hopefully he sticks because this team needs wings….badly.

I am definitely guilty of not stopping by here enough. Just too busy so far this season with work and coaching both my boys’ hockey teams. I also find this platform less inviting for longer conversation threads.
Anyway, hopefully McG makes it up soon and looks good. Too bad Rak and Braz got hurt, watching top-line Dewar and Hayes is not much fun.
