    Yes, it’s Underpants Gnomes rebuild….
    
    Phase 1: Collect draft pick assets (lots of them)
    Phase 2: ???????
    Phase 3: Cup contention
    
    Phase 1 has been done, plus a lot of cap space coming next summer.
    Phase 2 is still, well, ????????
    Phase 3 is, well, better do Phase 2 successfully first.
