Happy to see them win last night. It wasn’t a high level offensive outing for either side for sure.
Z Wisdom with two huge shorties though.
I didn’t expect the Phantoms to do much given their past recent history against Hershey.
Good road win.Lappy has done a fantastic job with this team and I for one would have no problem if he ended up as Flyers head coach.
Is there any one player you can point to and say Lappy had big hand in his development as an NHL player?
Excluding Jett and Bump for now, all I see is potential 4th line and bottom pair Defenseman. Now that isn’t all on Lappy though have any played above their grade? Flyers have been bad for so long yet very little in LHV to help the Flyers now or in the future.
I think Lyksell is doing a very good job but I don’t see him as a bona fide NHl full time player.
He seems more of the classic tweener.Luchanko now has the second most points in the AHL playoffs, one point behind the leaders. Richard is tied with the leaders. Pretty impressive for an 18 year old kid. Have no idea what he will be as a pro, just hope next season will not be as varied. This past season, Luchanko started with the Flyers, then to Guelph, World Championships, back to Guelph, and now to LV. He’s handled himself like a pro.
