The Detroit Red Wings’ are on a three game slide. However, a bright spot has emerged.  Nate Danielson is a rookie, yet he provided an upgrade for the team.

Thanks for another enjoyable read Jeremey. I did not get to watch the last game because I live in western Canada and it was not televised here. I was curious to where McLellan played Danielson in the line up? I was hoping it would be with Kane and Debrincat, then move Kasper up to the wing with Larkin and Raymond, and Finney down to center the third line. He probably didn’t want to shake up the lines this much, but I was hoping he would. How did Danielson look in the game?

    Hi again,

one of the problems is Gibson or Talbot have to be very sharp when the team isn’t, and it didn’t happen enough on this losing streak.
And now, other teams know Kasper and the PP, so they are not surprised anymore. I cannot watch the full games but is the team already tired ? Is it just confidence for the goals ?
Detroit should be motivated facing one of the top teams, no question about that ! A lot of players are proud and want a “revenge”. A spark for the rest of the season ?
