I actually think Fersch would be a good choice and pair him with Shaw. Then find another really good assistant coach to do the power play.
Also, think Nelson would be good but he may be a victim of his own success again if Hershey goes deep in AHL playoffs.
Cooper if he becomes available but I don’t think that will happen.
I don’t think Tocc nor Sullivan are good fits here.

All of this is pretty much just my gut feeling talking here.
