So whenever I play Puckdoku, I always try to use guys who played for the Maple Leafs.
Today, I was absolutely killing it. 8/8, 7 of them Maple Leafs, with a 9.2 uniqueness score.
And then I blew it. All I had to do was fill in 10+ playoff games played career, 250+ assists career.
Sticking with my desire for Leafs, I filled in Wendel.
234 career regular season assists.
Damn.
The Panthers will come out hard like a tsunami tonight. Going down by 3-0 is practically a death sentence and they know it.
But oh sweet Jesus, if we can just win tonight…

There were some cheaper options for Vegas, but I didn’t know what they were – seemed like similar to Blue Jays’ Flight Deck.

The Vegas one surprises me – I had thought that was a very expensive place to watch a hockey game.

I mean, he’s only 8th overall in scoring in the playoffs!
So we were talking about it and I was using Hockey-Reference just to click through the years – knowing that we’ve made the 2nd round a tad infrequently since Y2K – and I was positive it couldn’t have been in the 80s because we were so terrible. But . . . there it was.
My buddies and I used to go down to the Gardens on weeknights. You could get greys from scalpers for $7. And I had access to free parking a block away, so it was really easy. Too bad we had to watch the Leafs.
