not even. you’re fucked. let say a player with a NMC changes is mind and wants to be traded, we saw that often. GMS have no options, they trade the guy.
but that doesn’t work the other way around!! well, not really, we do see it sometimes.
if you never give NMC… it’s pretty simple. we’re happy, we keep you, we’re not happy we trade you. and the same thing for the player, he can ask for a trade whenever he wants. fair deal for both sides.the way you’re putting it is that players shouldn’t take advantage of their NMC, which was provided to them by the GM when they signed their contract.
you’re right, GMs are at fault 100%.
I would never as a gm give a NMC. never. nothing good can come out of it.I’m pretty sure he’s going to waive his NMC if he doesn’t want to play there lol…
