ParticipantToo early to make line ups IMO, HuGo still have some work to do
Yeah but it’s fun to do.
Also, it take two to tango, there’s no guarantee he’ll find a dance partner. There’s a strong possibility that these are the pieces that St-Louis will have to work with and the start of the season at least.

yep. need a #2C, and after losing Dvorak also need a #3C.
they could always go with Dach and Newhook but that won’t be pretty.I disagree, both Newhook and Dach are much better looking than Dovrak. Pretty much anybody is.

ParticipantGetting Dobson was HUUGEEEE!
Bolduc is a nice addition and still has some untapped potential
Blais is also a positive addition. Way better than the Pezz and he should fit right in on the 4th line. It’s gonna be hard to match Pezz’s 0 point production.
Don’t know if he’ll play, line up should look something like this I guess :
Caufield-Suzuki-Slaf
Laine/Bolduc – Dach – DemidovThen it gets weird, Gallagher and Anderson were good together..
Maybe Gallagher – Evans – Anderson?
Bolduc/Laine – Newhook – Beck/Kapanen/Blais/Roy/Xhekaj?Fredo

Yeah, good deal for what he brings.
But I am glad we have moved on from the Dvoraks and Armias.
Looking forward, not backwards.
We must go forward, not backward. Upward, not forward. And always twirling, twirling, twirling towards freedom.

We have Suzuki Dach Newhook Evans and kapanen if Dach can get his head out of his ass it’s not bad. I just don’t trust Laine to complete the top6 but Bolduc may have that potential.
Dach just needs to stay healthy.
Bolduc can / has played center, not sure if he is another realistic option.
Ideally, Laine gets traded.
He played center his 2 first juniors years but at wing his last two and at wing since he turned pro. He’s probably more efficient at wing where he can be more aggressive on the fore check, he likes to hit.

ParticipantThey need more skills in that top 6, but sure.
And its looking more and more like Dach will be the 2C to start the season.Asking price for top 6 centermen must be through the roof because MANY teams are looking for one.
Even Dvorak got a big contract with Philly …Yeah he was probably the best center available after Granlund with Suter.

ParticipantIs Granlund a hand yet?
I believe he has 2 of them.
Fucking autocorrect on my cellphone man

Participantgood draft, good trades… looking good! slowly but surely

ParticipantLogan Mailloux is being traded to STL…this is not a Kyrou deal…working on full move
For Zach Bolduc
He scored 13 goals and 18 points in his final 24 games after beginning the season struggling to stay in the lineup.
Scouting reports say good shot, can play PP (7 goals), decent defensively (and getting better), can block shots, uses his body a bit. Seems a little prone to giving the puck away, at times.
Solid replacement for Heineman, maybe even better offensively, but perhaps not as good at using his body/defensively.
Finished 1st in the NHL amongst skaters with 13 minutes average or less ice time in goal scoring, points and checks

another 19 year old. Going to Cornell like Andy Bernard. I know they like NCAA guys deep in the draft because there’s no pressure to sign them to contracts right away

ParticipantGood numbers. You never, know. Could be good for Laval too.
Oh! I’m not poopooing him … Cole Caufield is a smurf too …
At 5’7 I could probably poop on right his head

ParticipantIs it possible it’s his second year of eligibility in the draft? He’s 19
Yes … according to RDS:
“Pickford a aidé les Tigers de Medicine Hat à remporter le titre dans la WHL.
Après avoir été ignoré au repêchage l’année passée, il a inscrit 20 buts et 47 points en 48 matchs dans la saison régulière. Lors des séries éliminatoires, il a marqué un but dans huit matchs consécutifs, battant le record par un défenseur en séries dans la WHL, établi à sept matchs de suite.” – RDS
Yeah not sure about this pick. Looks like his stats were on steroids because he played with McKenna. This being said I haven’t seen him play maybe he’s the next Giordano
