at home we get some outlaw ice cream truck with a bobo song and everything. he cruises through the neighborhood and i’ve programmed a couple kids that always play out front to always ask him if he knows when mr. softee is coming.
No wonder you did not bother to go down to the truck.
if i was ever going to go stand outside in the summer with these mutants (we do a lot of nice things but they’re almost all outdoors in the summer) it would have been yesterday too because it was almost cool outside with the breeze.
but a mango gelati is my go to at rita’s water ice, so maybe if i knew mr.softee had that i’d have run out at the end when the line dwindled down to just a few people.
maybe this fall i’ll join in the halloweenie roast we do at the other building. that one is at least when it’s cool outside.
it seems like the big thing everybody was after was a mango gelati. i didn’t even know mr.softee had gelati.
Will their ice cream bring all the boys to the yard, today?
