ParticipantWe would not want the chicken to be riddled with Campylobacter, Salmonella, and/or Clostridium
Keep it in there til 100% sure it is fine.
Also, baste every 15 to 30 minutes.
you guys!

ParticipantPreventative.
It is cold outside.
i’m okay with keeping the chicken warm.
but not like 375 degrees for 40 minutes or anything like that.

ParticipantCause if I remember correctly, you dont fly right ?
yeah, that would be another problem. i’m scared to death to fly. and i think they should stop putting every plane crash on the news! it’s not helping!
every time i see one in the sky i say “well, that’s never landing where they want it to” 🤣

Participanti still just think it’s so great that you up and moved to a different country. i feel like i’d never be able to do it. or at least it wouldn’t be easy for me.

ParticipantLike anywhere, it can be bad but I’ve had great food experiences. One thing that stands out is the freshness of the food I buy at outdoor markets (even big markets) and the price is slightly cheaper.

ParticipantUsually a day per hour time difference. If you take melatonine, you can cut that by half. So about 3 days.
The hardest thing to adjust to was to eat so late at night. I still struggle to wait until 8 or 9
how’s the food? i always read the food in france is like all delicious almost no matter where you go.
