Part of Quebec City, it is really fun to hang around and walk in the summer, but it is a little more special in winter (when snowy), especially around Christmas time.
Lots of interesting places in the lower part of the city too.
I have really enjoyed the times I went there for short vacations.

well it turns out it’s more than just a dog bus. they pick up the dogs in the bus and then take them all on a 2 hour hike/adventure. what a great business idea! you get to spend all day with dogs!
