The Laval Rocket were regular season champions in the American Hockey League this season, earning the Macgregor Kilpatrick Trophy. The Rocket recorded a league-best record of 47-19-3-2 for 99 points and earned home-ice advantage for the duration of their stay in the 2025 Calder Cup Playoffs.
Guided by first-year head coach Pascal Vincent, the Rocket have been propelled by a solid mix of talented Canadiens prospects, such as Oliver Kapanen, Owen Beck, David Reinbacher and Logan Mailloux, along with an experienced group of supporting veterans. On their way to the Eastern Conference Finals, the Rocket have dispatched the Cleveland Monsters and Rochester Americans.
