NY Rangers Prospects Report: 10/25/25

Six New York Rangers prospects took to the ice on Saturday. For the third straight day, it was Raoul Boilard who led the way for them. Three straight games resulted in three straight three-point efforts from the Rangers 2024 fourth round pick.

Boilard and his Shawinigan Cataractes blanked the Quebec Remparts 7-0 in QMJHL play as Boilard was 1-2-3 for the game. With his team already leading 2-0 in the second period, Boilard scored his fifth goal of the season off a combination breakaway/delayed penalty call.

Credit his linemate Jordan Forget who led the rush and gave Boilard a perfect pass that all Boilard had to do was tap the puck past the Remparts goalie at 6:19 of the second period.

Point number two would come late in the second period when Boilard carried the puck into the offensive zone and found linemate Jiri Klima for the Cataractes sixth goal of the game at 18:04. Boilard’s third point would come on the team’s seventh goal which was a power play goal in the third period.

It was also a primary assist as Boilard would finish the game 1-2-3 on a game high seven shots with a +2, a minor for roughing after the final whistle, a 9-2 faceoff line and credited with one hit. Boilard improves to 5-7-12 which is second best among Rangers prospects.

Nathan Aspinall had a two-assist game as his Flint Firebirds shut out the visiting Erie Otters 5-0 in OHL play. Aspinall earned the primary assists on the Firebirds third and fourth goals of the game, both were even strength markers.

The Flint captain has points in seven of the eight games that he has played in for the Firebirds as he leads all Rangers prospects with a 6-6-12 record.

Sean Barnhill was scoreless as his top-ranked Michigan State University broke open a 2-2 game with four goals in the third period to defeat Northern Michigan 5-2 in non-conference play. Barnhill was credited with one shot and a +1 with a cross-checking minor.

E. J. Emery was scoreless as his eighth-ranked North Dakota Fighting Hawks edged Clarkson 1-0 in non-conference play. Emery was not credited with any stats.

Brody Lamb was scoreless as his 12th-ranked Minnesota Golden Gophers dropped a 4-1 non-conference decision to in-state rival Minnesota-Duluth. Lamb was credited with one shot and was a -1 for the game.

Evan Passmore was scoreless as his Barrie Colts earned a 4-3 overtime win over the Kitchener Rangers in OHL play. Passmore did not record any shots and was credited with a +1.

Rasmus Larsson was a healthy scratch for his Robert Morris Colonials on Saturday.
