The Dallas Stars will host the Edmonton Oilers on Wednesday in Game One of the Western Conference Final. Game time at American Airlines Center is 8:00 p.m. EDT (7:00 p.m. CDT). The game will be televised nationally in the United States on ESPN and streamed live on ESPN+.
The series is a rematch of the 2024 Western Conference Final. However, Stars head coach Peter DeBoer pointed out that both teams are substantively different from the squads that met last spring. They have also changed in season. Most notably, the Stars added Mikko Rantanen, while the Oilers acquired Evander Kane and Trent Frederic.
