The Montreal Canadiens held the 2025 edition of their development camp recently at the CN Sports Complex in Brossard. Thirty-one prospects participated in the camp including eight of the nine players selected by the Habs at the NHL Draft at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles.
Over the past few episodes of the Canadiens Connection podcast, listeners have been treated to the best NHL Draft coverage available from a Canadiens perspective with draft experts like Sam Cosentino from Sportsnet, Russ Cohen of Elite Prospects, Jerome Berube of Hockey Prospect and Michael Augello from Hockey Hot Stove.
In this week’s show, we shifted our focus to prospects in the Montreal Canadiens pipeline. We are joined in this episode by Chris Peters, who is an NHL Draft and prospects analyst for FloHockey. Chris has been a play-by-play broadcaster for amateur and professional hockey. His prospect work has appeared at Daily Faceoff, CBS and ESPN and he is the former Communications Coordinator for USA Hockey.
Chris joins us to take a deep dive into the 2025 Montreal Canadiens draft class with a focus on several of them who took part at the annual development camp this past week.
