Yeah, I just work at a desk for so much of the day, the ability to be more mobile while working might be a good thing for me… my back has been hurting, and I think that might help.
And my bad knee seems to be getting worse.
Might just be because I am old and my body has given up on me.
I’m fairly certain it’s going to help, especially if you pay attention to your posture while standing up…
personally I only sit down a few times a day, I find I’m much more comfortable and productive that way.
