They have been putting up a good fight but coming up short as expected. Lets hope they extend the series. The league is better when the Habs are doing well.
Agreed! The Habs showed glimpses of the future in the five games but need to continue to build out the roster to be a serious threat in the playoffs.
I congratulate the Habs on a season that ended in a playoff appearance. The Atlantic is a difficult division to emerge from. They showed a lot of moxy and determination. I’m hoping that they can duplicate the same kind of play in 25/26. The Habs need an upgrade in net, plus some size. Much of what beat them was inexperience. They have that now and can reevaluate their lineup. They must tread lightly and continue to develop, instead of accelerating the rebuild. Patience is the key world.
