hey, sounds like you have a gambling problem like that kick guy !
hockey bets seem to be like that. the home team gets a big advantage and they add that .5 so that we can’t win our bet if they win in overtime and stuff like that.
that’s why i usually try to make prop bet on player stats when i bet hockey.
it’s easy (and kind of fun to me) to research a players season stats and all to decide whether or not i think they’ll block 2 shots or get 2 points or something like that.
so, are we finally wining one ?
the habs are favored by 1.5 goals. but i could end up counting on an empty netter.
if i take them just to win by one goal, a dollar only pays 73 cents.
but (and this is how gambling degeneracy works) if i parlay them winning with a bet for cole to score, then a dollar pays $2.11!
i’m gonna bet it and then watch football and hope i win the hockey bet.
