Ex-Leafs Rise Up In Their Debuts

I don't view any of these trades as mistakes but I do have a few questions about why more value wasn't returned? For starters, Nick Robertson was a proven 15 goal scorer with obvious upside. Since when has a player like that only been worth a 5th round pick? As for receiving Emil Andrae, a 3rd round pick and an eventual 5th for Joseph Woll and Simon Benoit, I simply did not understand that deal. I still don't understand why they targeted Andrae? The jury is still out on the Kirill Marchenko for Matthew Knies deal.
