Alumni fantasy camps are a great idea because they give supporters something more memorable than simply watching from the stands. Getting on the ice, meeting former players and experiencing even a small part of the professional hockey atmosphere can make the connection to a team feel much more personal. What makes an alumni camp especially appealing is the mix of nostalgia and participation — you are not just hearing old stories about the team, you actually get to share the ice and create a few stories of your own.
