what Brad Treliving has built is simply not good enough. That he’s being lapped by a Pittsburgh retool built off the scrap heap by the guy he replaced is an extremely bad look
we didnt know how good (bad) we had it. It could be a long time before we see a Leafs team that has a run like the Last 10 seasons. just massively wasted opportunity

Well I didnt have Roy has a possible trade target for the leafs to move out, but Tre actually got a 2027 1st rounder and the Avs lowest 5th round pick (2026)
Maybe that means Laughton is staying?Talk about winning the lottery for Roy. Goes from a rudderless ship to the best damn team in the league by a good margin. Likely wins a Cup. Colorado is likely the team I watch this year in place of the Leafs.

No, they need that point so Boston’s pick is up in the teens … and not in the single digits.
For me, I’d rather see them give up the 2026 1st which is protected as oppose to an unprotected pick in 2027.what a stupid team. cant even trade picks properly. always bring the the worst case scenarios
