    With young players, I think the key is not just raw talent but how consistently they improve their skating, decision-making and ability to handle stronger competition. It is usually better to let a prospect develop properly than rush him because of early expectations.
    That is what makes these prospect rankings worth following you can see how much things change over a season or two.
