From the other side is good that hockey developing in Europe as hockey geography is not that big.
It is vital to have some competition with European teams and not having US and Canada in the final speaks the volumes.Canada is always accustomed to steamrolling teams and when the games get tight, they need their star players to be the difference makers. McKenna, Misa, these guys didn’t step up. They should have led the team in scoring but didn’t. That’s the difference in these junior tournaments.

Agreed. If an OT can kill a team for a season it should be nothing more than a game ended by a goal.
OT should be 10 minutes 5 on 5. No 4 on 4. No 3 on 3. No shootout. Games end in ties.
For playoff or tournaments, the game goes 5 on 5 until somebody wins.
End of story.

I thought this place would be better than Hockey Buzz which is totally fucked now (not that it wasn’t before but at least there was SOME moderation there before the big ‘upgrade’ that was a steaming pile of dog shit) but sadly I was wrong this place feels like it’s worse that HB in some ways.
I figured the Leaf forum would be where most of the conversation was like at HB and I was right but holy shit I feel bad for the Leaf fans who come here and actually want to talk hockey because it sure seems like there is the one fucking moron who just comes here daily to shit on everyone and anything Leafs and calls people retards non-stop.
