      Hopefully we get lucky.

I’d also look into the Mactavish rumors that ANA might be willing to move on.

I think McTavish might be available, though cost may still be prohibitive despite his struggles. Nice to have someone back here commenting.

I have a feeling we’ll get some ping pong ball magic and pick #2. I don’t think we’ll get #1 but it would be nice.

I’m hoping there’s a big enough community here for the mock draft I don’t know crap about prospects so I never get involved there. But I will say this, there’s still issues with stuff showing up on this site. This newest post doesn’t show up if you click the rangers logo which is what I do to find new articles so I was shocked to see it in the forums when I went to see if anyone was in the old thread.

When I post an article, trying to make sure I add to forums. Happy to send a notification in prior column so we can try and re-establish the community. If you run into any issues, just let me know.

What is the range that DAL pick we own from CAR? The sites I’m checking say 27, but that can’t be right? They’re eliminated, meanwhile teams like PHI that are still in it are at 21 and MINN (owned by VAN) at 24

Believe the range is 23 to 27

Well maybe the 5th pick will be a generational talent one day.

All depends on who goes in the first four picks.

I dont like the way this lottery system is. You should be able to move up more than 4 spots and the top 4 spots are a lock for the top 4 picks. Who would have thought the Leafs werent going to get the help they need to keep Matthews.

      2013 – E Lindholm
      2014 – Dal Colle
      2015 – Hanafin
      2016 – Juolevi
      2017 – E Pettersson
      2018 – Hayton
      2019 – Turcotte
      2020 – Sanderson
      2021 – Kent Johnson
      2022 – Cutter Gauthier
      2023 – Reinbacher
      2024 – Demidov
      2025 – Brady Martin

Mixed back with recent 5th overall picks. Personally, I’d trade the pick.

Mactavish, Solberg, ANA 2nd for 5th OA.

Welcome home! – Maybe one of the four teams that pick ahead likes an off the boarder and would be willing to drop back for both Rangers 1sts. R You doing it for one or two slots down?

I have to tell you the truth, I dont follow the prospects at all to give you a good answer. Most of the time, the top picks hit more often than the bottom first rounders, so I would do it if there was a player that could be worth it, even its for a spot or two.

Looking at the list that nyrangers posted, there is like 6 or 7 players that are pretty good on that list so I disagree with him on that.

      Lindholm good
      Dal Colle Sucks
      Hanafin good
      Joulevi sucks
      Pettersson good
      Hayton sucks
      Turcotte sucks
      Sanderson good
      Johnson sucks
      Gauthier very good

Reinbacher Demidov Martin to early to tell but Demidov looks good, Martin had a bad year.

It’s a 50/50 at pick #5. I’d trade the pick if the opportunity is there.

50/50 isnt bad odds. You have to go with it. The player probably doesnt really help make the team better right away though.
