Hoping the Leafs get Patty Kane on the top line to feed Matthews and Knies.
This new kid fits on the 2 or 3 LW but Mangiapani would look nice there too.
If they get this Roy kid for 3 C, the will be one strong LD away from solid…if they can kick Rielly and his blow habit out.

Big reason Marner seems “greedy” is because 14 million in Toronto is terribly taxed. He’ll make 12 in Vegas and be way ahead.
I can see that being the initial goal. JT is the net guy, Nylander is the shooter, and the thing that line has always been missing is an effective passer which is pretty much what Maccelli is.
What that line will be missing is directions to their own defensive zone.
