Both teams have no pressure to win anymore, it is fun game to watch.

Play good to attract the attention of a good team tho?

Otherwise I totally get why you’re saying

And re-establishing the lead didn’t take the Canucks long lol

And Roy finally scores lol 👍👍👍

He’s worth more than Nylander and the Leafs didn’t make him a good enough offer when they bent over backwards to get fucked by Nylander to be an overpaid, one-dimensional Swedish Phil Kessel.

This. He wanted roughly a $7.5 million dollar take home and in Ontario he’d need at least $15 million, and yea that is a discount because he’d actually have to be closer to $16 million.

People need to stop thinking players care that much about their cap hit, do you care what you cost your employers more than what your take home is?

Ontario tax: 53.53% for 43 games
Nevada tax: 37% for 41 games

Gee I wonder why $12 million works down there?

I sincerely mean it, time to blow this roster up and build it up in another way. I’ll always cheer for them to win every game, I’m a leafs fan, but this current team is a mess, I can say it.

Man this team hopefully sees itself in trade mode now.
