Grampy fact. huge mark for the AFL back in the day. used to watch those games after the weekly thrashing of the bears.

i was thinking of dan marino and jim kelly games. the dolphins and jets used to light it up when they played each other back then too.
should be a fun game tonight.
i want an old fashioned 45-41 game but i feel like the dolphins are just going to get wrecked instead to ruin it and i’ll go to bed in the 3rd quarter and see if i won a dollar (for fun!) in the morning.

i have no idea what to r00t for tonight. my spreadsheet only has the college games.
Tuesday 6:15 pm was speed work with a running club. (12) 400m with 1 minute rest after each.
Yesterday I went on a 9 mile trail run in a back-dune forest preserve near me at about 5pm.I trail run w/ the run club as early as 7:30 am.
My best time of day to run is from about 8 am to 1 or 2 pm. After that my performance starts to suffer.wow. that’s dedication.
i think i got an endorphin rush just reading all that.
Someone had to jet because of family illness… so I am covering for them right now til I can find someone else or they et back…

Tues and Wed I did aggressive running workouts so I’m looking to take a nap already.
how far do you run? do you do it early in the morning like mr.peanut? i give you guys credit. i wish i had the willpower to do anything in the morning and you guys exercise and stuff. i’m like a zombie until like 11 am.

really? i only ever had this one CD but i always liked it a lot. i would have gone to check her show out. i guess i never knew when she came around.
