Not sure about the rest of you, but when I was 18, I’d have thought it was pretty gay to have a 6 way dudefest with some drunk chick in a hotel..

There is nothing about Marner that reminds me of Gilmour. DG was all heart and lots of times willed the Leafs to playoffs wins. Marner shits the bed and cries cuz he didnt get his way

I wouldn’t say there’s nothing that reminds me of Gilmour in Marner. They’re from Ontario…they played for the Leafs…they’re 5’11…both went with a shortened version of their legal names…both were alleged to have sexually assaulted a minor…err not that one.

Getting rid of reaves was the point, dont care about the return. could have been a $5 Tim hortons card

Pretty sure that’s not allowed under the CBA and would be tampering.

I highly doubt he’s the next Benoit unless it’s in context of a guy nobody knew that turned out solid. He’s a puck moving defenseman that hasn’t been able to do that very effectively in the NHL yet.

I’m going to write about Treliving’s first year as GM, and how most of the moves were bad……Reaves was the worst.

Treliving is going to destroy this team the same way he left Calgary in shambles.

Start preparing your draft rankings for 2028 (if the Leafs don’t trade that pick too) because the next rebuild is around the corner. This team is just starting to circle the drain.

That might be the end result, but right now I think he has done a good job. We’ll have to see what he can do to get around some of his and the previous regimes moves.

The gall of this overpaid broken down plug that wouldn’t even fight in his final year to say “it wasn’t a good fit, fans turn on you fast.” Fuck off you Winterpeg loser. We were turned off the second you got three years at 35 when everybody in the league knew you were done and hoped you were a “vibes” guy. Ah yes, the “vibes.” The magical ingredient to making the teams best players play well when it counts. Enjoy your millions in the sun.

None of these fuckers pay the proper amount of taxes. Just ask Johnny and how he had to sue to keep all of his money.

For hockey fans, there’s nothing quite like the thrill of a fast-paced match, the sound of skates cutting across the ice, and the roar of the crowd after a goal. But what about those quiet moments between games or during the off-season? That’s where Poki Games Online can become an unexpected favorite.

Poki Games is a free browser-based platform offering thousands of casual and arcade-style games. While it’s not directly related to hockey, it gives fans a quick, fun way to unwind while still enjoying the competitive spirit they love. From quick reflex challenges to strategic puzzles, Poki has options for everyone — whether you want to test your reaction speed or simply relax.

Many sports fans find themselves drawn to competitive online games, and Poki’s catalog includes sports-themed titles, racing challenges, and multiplayer options. It’s a great way to stay mentally sharp and entertained in between hockey matchups.

So next time you’re waiting for puck drop, or just looking to pass the time after a match, give Poki Games Online a try. It’s an easy, no-download-needed way to stay in the game — even when your favorite team isn’t on the ice.

Not sure where this rumor came from, I know it was mentioned in the Hockey News, but it would be one of the dumbest trades made in recent memory.

    Discuss!!

Dumb for Calgary, yes. He’s their #1 center. If they trade him now for a pylon like Rielly, they’d be throwing in the towel before the season even started. And they missed the playoffs on a tie breaker. Considering how bad the Flames were when Treliving left (and how bad they’ll be once he’s done destroying this team), I doubt they’d throw him a get out of jail free card.

The only way a trade for Rielly works is if he ends up in Vancouver or Seattle and the Leafs get Jamie Oleksiak or Tyler Myers to plug the hole. It’s the only two places close enough to his hometown that would allow him to consider leaving his settled home of Toronto. But management doesn’t have the balls or the brains to make it work or happen.

Regardless of the worry about puck movement, Rielly absolutely sucks defensively. The Leafs could sign an average LHD (Matt Grzelcyk) and still be better off so long as their D-core wasn’t deployed in a stupid manner like leaning heavy on the top pair such as 25/20/15. The Leafs blueline is old, overrated and unbalanced (not enough real RHD). The only way they’ll make it work (with or without Rielly) is by keeping everybody at roughly the same ice time so nobody has to shoulder too much of the load and having 3LHD/3RHD so nobody has to be out of position.

Kadri + Andersson for Rielly + Carlo + some sweetner

    Then get rid of Reaves/Kampf

    Kadri for Rielly

Sign Grzelcyk (2.5) and Roslovic (2.50

    Knies-Matthews-Maccelli
    Tavares-Kadri-Nylander
    Dom-Roslovic-Roy
    McMann-Laughton-Lorentz

    McCabe-Tanev
    OEL-Carlo
    Benoit-Grzelcyk

Guys, Codi Ceci is making $100k MORE than JT for the next 4 years.

    JT is an absolute beauty.

Remember watching him with the 67’s. Played 35 minutes a night. Not sure who has proven to be the most legendary of being absolutely mid/terrible but are such great athletes, their coaches fall in love and play them 24/7…him or Jack Johnson?
