and Guhle should be coming back soon as well, impressive how they played all this time without him in the lineup.
Will be interesting if they ask Hutson to move back to the right side or force Ghule to swap over there…
Hutson has been pretty much unstoppable since being moved to the left (natural side).
Maybe Ghule plays on the 3rd pair for the first few games, so might not be an immediate issue, but we will see.

I think I would have been more shocked if he did not make the team.
He has been the 3rd most productive Canadian forward over the last calendar year, and top 10 in the NHL, and he can be effective on the PP or PK.
Dach and Guhle should be back in the next week, Evans 2 weeks later.
Going to be interesting to see what happens with the roster… I suspect Blais and Engstrom will go down to Laval.

Despite their inconsistencies this year and spotty goaltending, if someone said the Habs would be 21-12-6 with 48 points in 39 games (or about a 101 pace), 99% of us would have been very happy with that prognostication.
Imagine what they can do if they can stay healthy, play hard like the last few games (win or lose)s, and get some decent/consistent goaltending in the second half…
et je pense que Montembeault est sans doute la plus grosse déception pour la majorité des fans, puisque l’an passé il a été l’une des raisons principales que le club ait fait les séries, et cette année il a pas même pas eu deux bonnes performances de suite encore.

5 games in a row with at least a point, not too bad considering the standings.
The only problem with that is that every team in the east has gotten over 50% of their possible points this year… the 1 point is nice, but they need to be getting 2 (especially with a lot less tiebreakers than some other teams).
I think there are like 4 or 5 teams in the league that have not gotten 50% of their potential points, just seems insane to me.

Where are the haters now? 18 points in his last 16 games… first line was on fire with him onit and has since cooled off, because of injuries, he was asked to step into the second line, that one is now on fire.
And it is not just the points, it is his use of his body to hit, protect and dig out the puck and a much improved defensive game, too.
Was OK with the pick when made, so happy with that pick right now.
Did not get the win tonight, but they got one point when they should not have gotten any.
