m sending an app to the bank for a customer. it’s the first thing i’ve done this week.
I hope they give you an extended lunch break to recover.
it just always ended up disappointing me so i stopped burning the vacation day.
i want fireworks every trade deadline and free agency day.
That day is so ingrained in the Canadian fabric, that we have a national holiday so everyone can watch.
same with free agency. i used to take off work every july 1 but it ended up to never really be worth it.
I do not work that day.

It sure seems likely to suppress the upper end, cap circumvention type teams from being aggressive.
Hopefully there will be some “cap room” teams like the Jets, Canes and Wild who will be willing to spice up the deadline.I suspect some teams are gonna be in a bad spot come the playoffs this year, the league will take a year or two to adjust to these new rules.
Will be interesting to see how teams manage caps going forward.
I think it would be worse in a flat cap era, but with the cap going up for the next few years (supposedly), this might not be as bad of an issue.
. i think all these junk products just come from one yuge warehouse in china and they just have to keep making up fake seller names.

I have a wedge pillow for my back, but use it on my back / head area. Sleep a lot better with it (usually), and mostly sleep on my back now, so I do not twist and turn all night long.

Was hard trying to get out of bed this morning… did not sleep well and I hope I can sneak in a nap at some point during the day.

Because why would teams jump on that contract? Mtl is the one desperate to get rid of it.
Because a team like Chi or Pit or SJ expect to trade roster players for assets/picks at the TDL, and might need his contract to stay above the floor.
But with the Playoff Cap coming in this year, I expect the TDL to be really lame and quiet.
So who knows.
