ParticipantInteresting post from Tab Bamford.
I don’t know how this compares to ordinary scouting/executive presence, but it seems like a lot of people.————

NYITOR and SEA are in the Hawk’s next 3 games.
WSH and FLA are in the Devil’s next 3 games. Not sure how far ahead these guys regularly attend games for opponent scouting:
Hawks play the Ducks 8 games down the road.
Hawks play the Kings in 10 games.
Hawks play the Predators in 7 games.
Devils play the Red Wings in 5 games.
Devils play the Blues in 6 games.Neither team pays the NYI for at least 20 games.
Neither team plays Edmonton until January.Metalhead
ParticipantI think Mikheyev gets more than 2 years.
He won’t turn 32 until the beginning of next season.
Someone who needs a great defensive forward / great penalty killer, and will worry about the rest of a longer contract down the road. He’s not going anywhere for a few months at least.
He will play here the entire season unless the Hawks are near elimination at the trade deadline.
They were eliminated about a week before the deadline last year. Will be better this year of course.November 12, 2025 at 5:04 pm in reply to: Brossoit: Canadiens Have the Talent Edge on Most Nights #48505Metalhead
Participanti have a tip though: i’ve seen those national geographic shows and you lions should eat slower. especially bacon so that you at least get to taste it. this is also better for digestion.
Are you not the guy who, just yesterday, said:
“i’ll be home in an hour and i will stuff my face when i get there.”
Does not sound like slow eating to me.

ParticipantYeah, well he’s 6 so I can’t go that much because it’s not great for his sleep.
Just two games a year is what we did.
Made it a special event.November 12, 2025 at 10:54 am in reply to: Brossoit: Canadiens Have the Talent Edge on Most Nights #48460Metalhead
ParticipantI was at the game saturday with my boy, had a blast!
Went to a lot of games w/ my daughter when she was ~15 to ~25 years old.
Fond memories now that she’s 30.
Make as many as possible, it won’t last forever.November 12, 2025 at 10:37 am in reply to: Brossoit: Canadiens Have the Talent Edge on Most Nights #48452Metalhead
Participanti shall drive next to you!
Only if you’re on a unicycle. That would be fun.

ParticipantHow’d we ever trade for Mik if he has a 12 team no trade list?
Good point.
Not sure when all the VAN drama (Pettersson – Miller) started, maybe that turned him off.
Maybe the Hawks sold him on joining an improving team. -
