how do you not jump right in the pool as soon as you get back from the run? i’d be stripping off my shoes and shirt as i approach the house and just run right to it.
It needs to be warm for a few nights before a pool is good to go in during the AM. Like, ya, it’ll cool you down, but 72° is more of a shock than a refreshing experience
i’m just waiting on these next 7 hours to pass. hoping they go quick.

i’d much rather a shoulder yoke but they’ve shown they can’t be trusted with a shoulder yoke
so i think boring is a step up with this one. just my opinion, of course.
That wasn’t awful, but wasn’t top tier like some pretended, but had two things going for it. 1, it was an upgrade from the pre Reebok look with the yellow sleeves, and 2, so many rbk edge looks were downgrades and downright awful that these stood out as near top of the pack

see august is usually humid as hell here. i’m keeping my fingers crossed that we get a break from it this year.
i have to say (and bingolady is going to hate this) this summer hasn’t treated me too bad. i’ve been able to mostly stay out of it and the AC in the new car is so cold i have to turn it down sometimes.
i even did an outdoors party this last sunday!
That’s nice. Here it’s been 20 days of extra hot then 2 day reprieves and back to hot.
it’s all i could do! i feel like maybe when they run your number they see it’s expired but maybe they also see somehow that your state plates haven’t been sent to you yet because there were a couple times that a cop was sitting right behind me at a light and i was just waiting for them to flip the lights on but they never did.
it’s only going to be in the 80s here all week. it’s only 78 out there right now, which is pretty exciting.
Luckily for us, now that we’re in the crisp autumn of August the lows are actually below 20 degrees and not as humid
i’ve been driving around with an expired temp tag for 2 months!
anyway, did you run? was it cool out? it’s finally a little cooler here for a week or so.
