Also keep in mind any coach that takes this job will almost demand they improve the goaltending. Otherwise they are being set up for failure.

If Swayman has a NTC it is a moot point as he aint waiving to come to this clown show. Boston is also not going to tear it down after 1 odd year with several key injuries.
