Remember all the grief Linden caused when he let the cat out of the bag that Benning wasn’t sold on EP and had to be “over rode” on the pick? Even after Benning only gave EP a 3 year deal over concerns, Linden still went on the attack.
Linden isn’t bragging about forcing Benning on Petey anymore for some reason.
Linden is a clown. The more years that pass by, the list of his beefs and the negativity about him from his peers grows. People are living a fantasy about Linden. Even the sleep doctor Pat Burns talked trash about Linden. Said “he didnt like him”. “Tried to like him”. Said “Linden and Benning dismissed the research”. Looks to me Linden just like to pass the buck and picks his moment when the heat is on someone else and then he piles on. He’s a Dbag.
Doesn’t matter anymore. As it turns out it seems drafting EP40 was a mistake. Kudos to an average player being paid as much as McDavid, he positioned himself well. For whatever reason it appears he lost his passion/interest in the game. The excuses will continue moving forward.
Something I’m having a laugh about is the content creators on social media actually devoting time to conversations about Seattle trading for EP. Alvin is there… that contract is one of the reasons he was fired… he knows Petey sinks ships… he knows how much he’s over paid… this convo is as dumb as the ones discussing reuniting Petey and RT in Philly. I’m sure both these guys will warn their head of office not to go that route. People are braindead.
